This keynote shares the journey of transforming our CI/CD platform from a fragmented, script-driven setup into a standardized, automated, and AI-supported delivery environment. Over six years, we replaced end-of-life tooling, reduced manual compliance effort, improved transparency with shared dashboards and DORA metrics, and introduced new engineering roles like Platform Engineering and SRE to support scalable delivery. Now, we are taking the next step: integrating AI copilots and agent-based workflows to support code reviews, testing, optimization, and governance.
This talk reflects what changed in our tooling and in our culture—and how these shifts enable faster, more reliable delivery across multiple product lines.
